Excellent reception staff! Dr. Chi is informative, supportive and thorough.

Michelle , the receptionist, was very welcoming and efficient. Her demeanor put me at ease.

Dr Chu was friendly , courteous , and professional . He cares about his patients . He called me that night, to ask how I felt. A good man.

I generally love Dr Chu's staff and facility. I was disappointed in my last appointment, however. I had an 8:00 AM teeth cleaning appointment. Then Dr Chu was supposed to check my teeth at 9:00. After my cleaning was done, I was told to make an appointment in 2 weeks to meet with Dr Chu. What happened to my 9:00 appointment? I don't live or work near the office so it is not that convenient to trek over to their office.

I love Dr. Chu..... Wish he could be my regular dentist :)
