The cleaning was, as usual, painless, quite thorough, on-time and well done. The only thing that wasn't done was flossing after polishing, but I flossed after breakfast and again after lunch, so I don't see what another flossing would have accomplished other than to extend the appointment. Thanks!

A miscommunication about scheduling once resulted in me having to go twice, once for cleaning, and again for the doctor. But, apart from that glitch, everything was pretty impeccable.

I went in for implants, and I've had several appointments over a period of almost a year. I have been very pleased with my treatment. The staff is very professional, my appointment always starts on time, if not a few minutes earlier. If I had to take medication, the instructions were very clear. The receptionist, Jean, even went out of her way to walk me over to Dr Mills' office.
