Xenia has nursed me from a terrified, non-flossing, easily upset noodle-head to a dental hygienist's dream flosser-gal. She has cleaned, taught, urged and cajoled me into a responsible care-taker of my remaining teeth. I can hardly imagine having anyone other than Xenia tackle my complicated mouth. Woe be the next hygienist if he or she doesn't measure up to Xenia (hard to even imagine). For thirteen years Xenia has been wrestling with my mouth, and the results are encouraging. And Jean who has been so truly kind and helpful in making sure I was treated like the Queen of Sheba while scheduling or when a tooth crumbled. Jean has been a source of pleasure whenever I called or came in. I'll miss her and the care she made dern sure I got.

As a dental patient, I have certain expectations of dental offices, and Eric Chu failed them all. I'm extremely disappointed. He couldn't even get the basics right. I expect to be treated like a number, and to sit in the waiting room for ages for the doctor to be ready. I expect to be confused by his explanations, and given the run around whenever I try to get some concrete answers. I expect overly aggressive treatment plans that will cost me a fortune. Can you believe the nerve of this office? Friendly staff, no wait time, straightforward explanations with completely reasonable prices and treatment plans?? But that's nothing compared to his epic failure: the procedure itself. I expect the procedures to be horrifying, stressful, and painful. The procedure was practically pleasant! But no, it gets worse. I felt NO PAIN during or after the procedure. Three extractions and a bone graft, and yet the guy is so incompetent that he didn't even know how to send me home in agony. Not even a little discomfort. I mean, who does that? How is that even possible? He obviously did something wrong. To his credit, there was a little bit of pain and swelling the next day, but that's just not good enough! I also demand to be left alone to suffer in silence after a surgery. I mean, it's important to learn independence and autonomy. What are they thinking, calling me, not only once, but twice the next day to check on me, make sure I'm doing okay, and answer any questions I have? That's just rude. I hope he has plenty of malpractice insurance, because this guy is going down. No dental office should ever be allowed to get away with such incompetence.

Dr. Chu is a wonder periodontist. His chairside manner is totally relaxing and he makes you aware of what to expect before he performs the surgery. When the surgery was complete he stayed in contact with me and showed care and concern for me even though he was on vacation. The results were everything he told me to expect I I would highly recommend Dr. Chu.

Dr. Chu and his staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. Dr. Chu is a great periodontist because he does a great job in solving my gum problems. I had a bone graft done by him and I did not feel any pain. It healed quickly with no problems at all. He did such a fabulous job, I asked him to look into other gum problems and he did a great job diagnosing my situation. I am so thrilled that he helped me out! Thank you Dr. Chu.

I broke my front tooth while eating a slice of pizza last year, I was referred here my by dentist. Dr. Riccoboni was great, he was very kind and walked me through all of the ups and downs of the procedure. His staff was very friendly as well. Not much else to say, I think its important that you have a connection with your Dr, especially since this implant process takes at least a year. yup. ONE long year!! Thanks, look forward to finally having a tooth in a few months. :).

Dr. Frank Riccoboni is an expert periodontist and his reputation around the bay area is known. I had two implants done and being afraid of needles and blood I was a little apprehensive. He handled my case with extreme care and made me feel safe. He followed up with me a few times after my surgery making sure I was feeling okay. Additionally, his staff was very kind, welcoming, and informative. The newly remodeled office was very clean and high-tech. The hygienists and receptionist have all been there for over 20 years; now I know why.

I have been with Dr. Frank Riccoboni for over 15+ years. I have many implants and gum grafts done by him. He treats me like his family. I was comfortable during all my procedures. I can tell he has great hands because I'm a surgical nurse. His twin brother Carl Riccoboni restores teeth. Dr. Carl Riccoboni is excellent also. Trust the Riccoboni brothers. They will take care of you. Their offices are very nice, secretaries are very efficient(sometimes fighting with insurance company is half the battle) Carrie Chiang RN

Great periodontist! He's a really laid back kind of guy who tells you like it is. I've had some work done by him. And although I can't say I enjoyed it (who would?). Dr. Chu did a good job.

Just had my gum graft done by him and I highly recommend him to anyone who has to go through this procedure! He took care of me and made sure that I wouldn't feel a thing. The procedure and the recovery totally suck, but he made it as pleasant as possible. Thanks Dr. Chu!

I had done gum grafting and dental implant with Dr. Chu, and the results were excellent. Dr. Chu thoroughly went thru both procedures in great detail and assure comfort during entire treatments. The personal phone call to my home post-procedures was very appreciated as well. His staff are very professional and friendly. I strongly recommend Dr. Chu to any individual in need of periodontal work. Thank you Dr. Chu.
