Dr. Chu and staff have provided superior customer service since Day One in 2013. I appreciate very much their care for me as an individual, and Dr. Chu's gentle and caring manner . My questions and concerns were never trivialized or ignored. I would recommend this team very highly to friends or other potential clients.

Dr. Chu is the only one who has ever called to see how I was coming with his suggestions and treatment. By briefly filing a small amount off of an upper tooth there no longer was the pain of it striking the lower (implant). It was a relief to have at least one pain taken care of. I had total confidence in his professional skill.

Dr. Chu is the very best periodontist. I have found in my 62 years. His manner of calmness, professionalism, and competence are excellent! Even when I moved 150 miles away, it was worth making the trip back to continue care with Dr. Chu. It is difficult to find such a dedicated periodontist and support team of professionals.

Diane was very good answering my questions regarding things that she did. She also was concerned about my arm that has been in pain for over a month. She wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. Thank you, Dennis
