Eric Chu, DDS, MS
Dr. Eric Chu is a board certified periodontist and a Bay Area native - attending Mills High School in Millbrae. Dr. Chu has been practicing in Mountain View since 2001 and is certified to deliver conscious sedation. He is an alumni of U.C. Berkeley receiving degrees in Biology and Economics. Dr. Chu attended dental school at U.C.L.A. and received his Periodontal Certificate and Masters Degree from UCSF. Dr. Chu is a former President of the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society and a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Santa Clara Dental Society and California Society of Periodontists.
Eric and his wife Liza have 3 young children. An avid sports fan, Dr. Chu loves his 49ers and San Francisco Giants.
Frank Riccoboni, DDS, MS
Dr. Riccoboni has been practicing Periodontics at his current location for the past 25 years. Raised in the Mountain View/Los Altos area, he graduated from St. Francis High School and then earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University. He subsequently attended Loyola University Dental School in Chicago where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1979, his Master's degree in Oral Biology and his Postgraduate Certificate in Periodontics in 1981. For his achievements, he was awarded membership into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Alpha Sigma Nu national dental honor societies.
Dr. Riccoboni is certified to administer sedation and currently is on staff at El Camino Hospital. He is an active member of the following local and national associations:
- American Academy of Periodontology
- American Academy of Osseointegration
- California Society of Periodontology
- Mid-Peninsula Dental Society
- Santa Clara Dental Society
- Northern California Academy of Dental Research
Dr. Riccoboni practices all phases of periodontal therapy utilizing the most current technologies and has been placing dental implants since 1991.
On a personal note, Dr. Riccoboni is married to his wife Judy, and has two daughters, Lindsay and Lauren. He enjoys outdoor activities especially and golfing and fly fishing.
Jonathan Weng, DDS, MS
Dr. Jonathan Weng is a Bay Area native attending Monta Vista High school in Cupertino. He is an alumnus of U.C.L.A. receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology as well as his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He then relocated to San Francisco where he received his Certificate in Periodontics and Master’s Degree in Oral Biology from U.C.S.F. Dr. Weng is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, California Society of Periodontists, Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association.
Dr. Weng is dedicated to reaching the underserved population and serves as a periodontist at Asian Health Services in Oakland. At the community clinic he not only provides care for those lacking financial access but also teaches the residents and dental students.
Jonathan and his wife Stephanie live in San Francisco with their young daughter Madison. He enjoys hiking and is an avid sports fan rooting for the local and UCLA sports teams.
Liza Batallones, Vice President and Director of Marketing
Liza Batallones is a Bay Area native who spent her childhood in Vallejo and attended San Francisco State University majoring in Speech/Mass Communications. Liza is widely recognized for her Emmy-award winning work as a morning Traffic Anchor for KPIX TV, Channel 5 in San Francisco. Liza enjoyed a decades long career in broadcasting and has been on the air for KCBS All News 740 and 95.7 The Wolf in San Francisco.
In addition to her duties as Vice President and Director of Marketing, Liza works as a freelance Communications Consultant. Her clients include The Gorilla Foundation in Woodside and All Star Karate in Redwood City. Liza enjoys staying active with her husband and 3 young children. A devoted community volunteer, she also enjoys hiking, kickboxing and exploring our beautiful Bay Area.
