Frank Riccoboni, DDS, MS

Dr. Riccoboni has been practicing Periodontics at his current location for the past 25 years. Raised in the Mountain View/Los Altos area, he graduated from St. Francis High School and then earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University. He subsequently attended Loyola University Dental School in Chicago where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1979, his Master's degree in Oral Biology and his Postgraduate Certificate in Periodontics in 1981. For his achievements, he was awarded membership into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Alpha Sigma Nu national dental honor societies.

Dr. Riccoboni is certified to administer sedation and currently is on staff at El Camino Hospital. He is an active member of the following local and national associations:

• American Academy of Periodontology
• American Academy of Osseointegration
• California Society of Periodontology
• Mid-Peninsula Dental Society
• Santa Clara Dental Society
• Northern California Academy of Dental Research

Dr. Riccoboni practices all phases of periodontal therapy utilizing the most current technologies and has been placing dental implants since 1991.

On a personal note, Dr. Riccoboni is married to his wife Judy, and has two daughters, Lindsay and Lauren. He enjoys outdoor activities especially and golfing and fly fishing.

Eric Chu, DDS, MS

Dr. Chu is a native of the Bay Area and has been practicing in the Mountain View area since 2001. He is an alumni of U.C. Berkeley where he received degrees in Biology and Economics. He attended dental school at U.C.L.A. and received his Periodontal Certificate and Masters Degree from U.C.S.F. He is married to a local television and radio traffic reporter and has one daughter. He recently passed the American Board of Periodontology Exam to become Board Certified. He is on the Board of the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society and is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Santa Clara Dental Society and California Society of Periodontists.
